ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has issues challans to over 500 cars including motorcyclists in a month for using cell phones while driving as it diverts the concentration of the drivers.

The drivers should fully focus on the driving as due to their less attention towards following traffic rules, they not only risk their own life but also affect the attention of others with wrong driving and sometimes causing accidents.
