Customs Appellate Tribunal appoints Omer Mehdi as controlling officer for bench-I

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal, Khawaja Omer Mehdi Member Technical Bench-I has been appointed as Controlling Officer for Bench-I.

The decision is taken after nomination of Member Judicial Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti as Chairman Customs Appellate Tribunal.

The controlling officer will perform administrative and financial functions regarding pays, travelling allowance and daily allowance TA/DA and other contingent expenses pertaining to Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-I with immediate effects.

The decision taken under Para 6.74 of chapter 4 of treasury rules of federal government and any other enabling powers conferred as head of department under financial Rules.

Copies has been sent to Section Officer (SO) Admin IV Law, Justice and Human Rights Division, SO (B & A) Law, Justice and Human Rights division Islamabad, Manager State Bank, AGPR and all other concerned department.
