Customs Tribunal reserves decision on plea challenging Rs 25 million penalty

ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal on Saturday reserved its decision on a petition challenging the Karachi tribunal’s verdict through which it had imposed a penalty of Rs 25 million on LaGuardia Logistics.

LaGuardia Logistics had filed the petition through its counsel Muhammad Ikram Shah. The petitioner challenged Customs Appellate Tribunal Karachi’s verdict in which the tribunal imposed a heavy fine on LaGuardia Logistics.
