CDA asks FIA to restrain its employees from going abroad without NOC

ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) asked the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to restrain civic body’s employees from going abroad without no objection certificate (NOC).

The letter was written by Human Resource Directorate (HRD) CDA on the directives of Member Administration Muhammad Yasir Perzada.

Member Administration took strict notice of foreign tours of CDA employees without obtaining NOC from the civic agency. It has came to the notice of authority that several CDA employees were going abroad without NOC from the competent authority to avoid legal procedure.

In its letter, HRD wing of CDA asked FIA to check the NOC from CDA before leaving the country. Letter asked FIA to make sure that each employee of CDA must show NOC before leaving the country on all airports
