Chairman Customs Appellate Tribunal visits Lahore, distribute cases

LAHORE: Chairman Customs Appellate Tribunal Muhammad Tariq spend busy day in Lahore Customs Tribunal to check Lahore Tribunal activities and distribute more than 200 cases among its members.

Chairman Appellate Tribunal Muhammad Tariq on the visit one day in customs applet tribunal Lahore, during this most important assignment will be distribution of cases to four Tribunal members.

It is Important to mention here that there are four members of Customs Appellate Tribunal ‘two benches’ Land Bench II. One judicial and one technical member in each bench.

Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti Member Judicial and Khawaja Umer Mehdi Member Technical in Bench I and Umer Arshed Hakeem Member Judicial and Imran Tariq Member Technical in Bench II working in Customs Appellate Tribunal Lahore located at Davis Road.

The Chairman of Appellate Tribunal is on a visit to Quetta, Peshawar, Karachi and Lahore to monitor cases.

Chairman Muhammad Tariq distributes more than 200 cases among the judicial and technical members that were filed by appellant as well as customs department.
