FBR Chairman Nisar Mohammad assures resolution of traders’ problems in Azad Kashmir

ISLAMABAD: Senior vice president Azad Jammu and Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry Raja Khalid Mehmood Khan said that from 16 circles of Azad Kashmir, the Federal Board of Revenue has collected Rs 10 billion. He said that there is not a single member of the Kashmir Council who has knowledge of actual problems being faced by the traders of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking to Customs Today after a meeting with FBR Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan, AJKCCI chairman Chaudhary Zohaib said that “we have submitted a number of proposals for collection of taxes and apprised the chairman about our problems.” He said that “the FBR chairman has assured us that all outstanding issues of Azad Jammu and Kashmir traders will be resolved on priority basis.”
