Chairman FBR Nisar will hear examiners point of view on August 9

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan will personally hear the point of view of Principal Examiner Ghulam Murtaza, Examiner SM Fawad and Examiner Kinza Saeed on charges leveled against them.

Sources told Customs Today that an inquiry is already concluded against them. They are facing the charges of using authority beyond their limits. After receiving complaints against them, FBR high-ups decided to conduct inquiry against them. The FBR also appointed separate inquiry officers against these officials.

It is also necessary to mention here that all inquiry officials in their findings revealed that charges against these examiners are valid and they recommended disciplinary action against them.

Now FBR Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan will personally hear their point of view on the charges leveled against them and will decide about their future. FBR Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan is in Dubai nowadays. He is expected to reach here on Wednesday.
