Chamber organizes UAE-Poland business forum

ABU DHABI: His Excellency Mohammed Thani Murshid Al-Rumaithi, Chairman of the Federation of the UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, received His Excellency Prof. Adam Kachimovski, Poland’s Ambassador to the UAE, at the Chamber’s Tower on Sunday.

Both sides discussed developing cooperation relations between companies operating in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi with Their Polish counterparts.

Al-Rumaithi welcomed the organization of the UAE-Polish Business Forum in Abu Dhabi, which will be organized by the Chamber on Wednesday 29 April 2015 at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, pointing out that the forum will be a distinguished opportunity for businessmen, companies and investors in the UAE and Poland to view the available capabilities and opportunities in all sectors in both countries.

The Chairman said that the Abu Dhabi Chamber worked over the past period on providing all that would make this event a success. It has extended invitations to companies operating in the emirate of Abu Dhabi to benefit from this important event which is a unique opportunity to view the available investment opportunities and the incentives which the related authorities in Poland provide.

His Excellency Hameed Mohammed Bin Salem, Secretary General of the Federation of the UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and His Excellency Mohammed Helal Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, attended the meeting.

The Abu Dhabi Chamber had extended invitations to heads and managers of companies operating in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to participate in the UAE-Poland Business Forum. The event is expected to attract more than 250 attendance from senior officials, businessmen and investors from the UAE and Poland.

The program of the forum will include a keynote by His Excellency Eng. Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansoori, UAE Minister of Economy, and a keynote by His Excellency Janusz Piechocinski, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy in Poland.

The event will also include presentations on the available investment opportunities in Poland and the UAE as well as a presentation on Polish companies and their investments. B2B meetings between heads of companies from the UAE and Poland will take place as well.
