Chief Collector Appraisement South Rashid Shaikh for strict scrutiny of green channel consignments

KARACHI: Chief Collector Appraisement South Abdul Rashid Shaikh directed the authorities to further boost up the scrutiny of the consignments being cleared through green channel.

The chief collector took serious note of the complaints that importers and exporters were allegedly involved in dubious clearing of the consignment through green channel.

Shaikh has directed the officials concerned to keep check and balance as well as to further boost scrutiny of the consignments being cleared through green channel.

The source also informed that if any importer of exporter is apprehended while clearing suspicious consignments will have to face extreme charge where as huge penalty may be imposed on such heinous crime.
