Chief Collector Samaira Nazir, Collector Warriach to attend five-day training programme

MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has nominated two customs officials, including Chief Collector Samaira Nazir Khan and Collector Sarfraz Ahmad Warriach for a five-day special training programme.

The five day training course of strategic dimensions of China- Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will be held from August 1 to August 5. This training programme will help customs department in future for tapping potential of the CPEC in the region

The executive training programme is on the topic of strategic dimensions of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) at National School of Public Policy Lahore. The Federal Board of Revenue has nominated two senior most competent officials of the customs for this training programme.

The initiative of this training programme is on the public and private entrepreneurs who are rapidly transforming today under increased pressure to produce results and enhance their performance for organizational output.

Strategic dimensions of China Pakistan Economic Corridor focuses on the broad areas of public policy to identify the specific causes and definitive actions to be implemented to overcome the challenges faced by Pakistan by accomplishing their goal in Pakistan 2025 One Vision-One Nation.”

The course aims at enhancing understanding of the senior executives of the public and private sector in the realm of improving their performance .The training programme will optimize their effectiveness as leaders and to prepare them for their future responsibilities and new management roles. It will also sensitize about the strategy formulation in policy development and the role of top management process. This Executive training programme provides unique opportunity to the participants to share their insights and to test them against the experience and views of their peers.

This executive training programme is designed for seniors civil servants of (BS-21 and above) and members of the armed forces, CEOs, top management of the multinational, corporate executives, members of legislatures(senators,MNAs,MPAs), judges of the High Court and session judges and media.
