Chief Collector Sumaira, Collector Sarfraz to deliver lectures today

MULTAN: Customs Central region Chief Collector Sumaira Nazir and Collector Sarfraz Ahmad Warraich will deliver lectures to the officers of BS-19 and BS-20 here at the National Management College.

Chief Collector Sumaira Nazir will also deliver a lecture on the subject of ‘Air Freight Unit’ today (Thursday), while Collector Sarfraz Ahmad Warraich will give comprehensive lectures on the topic of ‘Fake and Flying Invoices’ on Thursday (today) and Friday to the officers from all over Pakistan.

The aim of the lectures is to enable senior officers of the federal and provincial civil services, friendly countries (allied participants) and senior executives from the private sector to understand factors bearing on formulation and implementation of public policy, with a view to preparing them for assignments at national policy level. Collector Sarfraz Warraich have huge expertise on the topic of fake and flying invoices and he has been delivering lectures continuously forlast three years.

Collector Sarfraz Warriach will elaborate the officers about the ways and means to eradicate the culture of fake invoices bring loss to government exchequer. These lectures and training workshops groom the junior officers for the future in order to tackle severe issues.

These lectures will enable these officers to provide inputs for formulating and implementing viable and pragmatic economic policies to meet challenges of growth and development.
