FAISALABAD: Federal Board of Revenue Regional Tax officer Faisalabad Chief Commission Tasneem-ur-Rehman asked the tax-lawyers to co-ordinate with department in order to make it efficient.
Tasneem expressed her views while visiting the Faisalabad Tax Bar Association, adding that FBR officials are available to support the tax-lawyers and taxpayers all the time. She also said that department will not tolerate any act out of the law by taxpayers or others.
Tasneem said that to collect the revenue was essential to run the state business and other development project.
On the other hand, FTBA President Muhammad Ajmal Barqi said in his speech that lawyers were available to work together with FBR to bring transparency. He also suggested a road map to conduct the audit of the tax related cases.
