SHANGHAI: Recently, an American-made passenger aircraft, imported through leasing trade, has successfully settled down in Dalian, Liaoning Province to implement its maiden flight along  Dalian-Hohhot-Yinchuan route, which will expand “the Belt and Road” route of Dalian Airlines. Dalian Airport Customs House(affiliated to Dalian Customs District) thoroughly secured a smooth clearance for the import aircraft.

This aircraft, declared to Customs in the mode of leasing trade, was transferred from Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Customs House(affiliated to Tianjin Customs District) to Dalian Airport Customs House. It is the first time for Dalian Customs District to deal with the whole plane import on lease. Key Customs officers were designated to communicate with several departments and make clearance plans overtime to offer tracking service for the aircraft, all of which secured a smooth clearance and brought the aircraft timely into “the Belt and Road” new route.
