China simplifies cross-border flows for gold – PBOC & China customs

BEIJING: MNI reporting headlines from the Chinese central bank (PBOC) and General Administration of Customs, citing new changes introduced in the procedures for gold import and export.

Permits will be issued for frequent gold importers and exporters. Permits can be used multiple times, not exceeding 12; within six months (previously each gold import and export permit was to be used just once within 40 days of issuance)
