BEIJING: China will issue non-state crude oil import licenses to five refiners, including China National Chemical Corp and four independent refiners, the country’s commerce ministry said on Tuesday. The four independent refiners are Shandong Shenchi Group, Shandong Jincheng Petrochemical Group, Shandong Qingyuan Group and Hebei Xinhai Group, the Ministry of Commerce said on its website.
