Chinese President’s visit significant in terms of economic ties: Analysts

ISLAMABAD: People belonging to different walks of life are describing the upcoming visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to Pakistan as very significant in terms of further augmenting economic relations.

Analyst Shahid Hassan Siddiqui said the visit of Chinese President would bring prosperity in Pakistan. The construction of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor had the potential to change the economic position of Pakistan because of its geographic location as well as the whole region, he said talking to Radio Pakistan Saturday.

He said that the upcoming visit of Chinese President would boost Pakistan’s economy as a number of agreements in the fields of energy and infrastructure would be signed.
