Citizen Portal: Scrutiny report of FBR officers presented to PM

ISLAMABAD: The scrutiny report prepared regarding the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) officers’ performance on the Pakistan Citizen Portal has been presented to Prime Minister Imran Khan.

According to media, it has been mentioned in the report that the dashboards of 68 FBR officers were inspected and ten high officials have been given stern warnings over poor performance.

The officers have been directed to improve performance regarding the citizen’s complaints and notified that strict action will be taken over unsatisfactory solutions.

The report also appreciated those officers who performed well including IT member, IR chief management and Rawalpindi and Bahawalpur IR Chief Commissioners.

The PM Office directed the FBR chairman to reopen 556 solved complaints, resolve the problems on merit and submit report.
