Clearing agent’s work permit cancelled

FAISALABAD: Model customs collectorate (MCC) Faisalabad Deputy Collector (DC) Muhammad Rizwan cancelled a work permit of a customs clearing agent with immediate effect.

It is reported that clearing agent Nauman Qadir and his employer Ismail Sohar Wardi of Shaher International Customs Clearing Agency developed some differences with each other. The owner intimated Muhammad Rizwan, Deputy Collector (DC) Import, for cancellation of Nauman’s permit as he will no more hire his services as clearing agent.

The DC Import issued a Notification No: LIC/Cus/W.permit/P-11/02/15/1347 and cancellation of work permit No: 14 of Clearing Agent Named Nauman Qadir son of Ghulam Qadir having CNIC No: 33100-7258616-7.

The permit was issued to the above said employee by M/s Shaher International Customs Clearing Agency’s proprietor Muhammad Ismail Sohar Wardi.
