KARACHI: The Pakistan Coast Guards on Friday have recovered 391 kilogram of hashish from an unoccupied residential house located in Rubar Goth, Jiwani, Balochistan.
PSG spokesperson Major (R) Zafar Ahmed claimed that the consignment is valued around Rs600million in the international market. The PCG has taken the whole lot of the hashish into its custody and started investigation to trace the culprits involved in the smuggling.
Major (R) Ahmed mentioned that the PCG has received a tip-off regarding the smuggling from the costal belt of Gwadar. The Commander PCG Gwadar took some strict measures to foil the attempt of such shipment. The patrolling and snap-checking were intensified.
The PCG mobile team was checking its respective neighbouring areas and found 391 kg of hashish from a vacant and dilapidated residential house. Director General PCG Brig Atiq-ur-Rahman announced cash prizes for the patrolling team.
