Collector Adjudication Asif Abbas hears seven cases of smuggling, tax evasion

FAISALABAD: The Collector Customs Adjudication Asif Abbas Khan on Wednesday heard seven cases against suspects involved in smuggling of Hino dumper truck, Hino truck, foreign origin mobile phones and Toyota car and tax evasion case against M/s Magna Chemicals, M/s Aamil Exports and M/s Bila Fabrics.

Collector Asif Abbas Khan also heard a case filed against Qaiser Abbas who is involved in evading tax for importing non duty paid items and Isuzu truck bearing registration no: AEO-727SR.

Moreover the collector heard case filed against M/s Aamil Export involved in tax evasion. M/s Magna Chemical brought different chemicals into the country without paying taxes and duties. A case was heard against M/s Bilal Fabrics and Furqan Butt, owner of non- duty paid mobile phones and Toyota car. All these cases were forwarded by the Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization and DTRE branch Faisalabad.
