Collector Adjudication Mirza Mubashir hears 5 cases on Thursday

FAISALABAD: Collector Customs Adjudication Mirza Mubashir Baig heard five cases involving revenue of Rs64,544,600 on Thursday.

As per details, the collector heard the cases of non duty paid Land Cruiser, medicines, Indian origin cloth, and others items.

The Faisalabad Customs Intelligence and Investigation filed three cases of confiscated Indian origin cloth along with three smuggled vehicle confiscated with goods worth Rs40,580,868. While another one case was filed by Customs Anti Smuggling Organization (ASO), Mianwali intercepted foreign origin Toyota Land Cruiser bearing registration no: ME-1 (Islamabad) involving customs duty taxes Rs 15890000.

The collector also heard a case of the smuggling of medicines forwarded by Field Investigation Unit (FIU), Khushab. Collector Mirza Mubashir Biag has adjourned the cases until next hearing.
