Collector Adjudication Mubashir Baig hears eleven cases

FAISALABAD: The Customs Adjudication Collector Mirza Mubashir Baig heard eleven cases against suspects involved in smuggling of Toyota Land Cruiser, pile fabrics, cigarettes of different brands, Hino truck, and Indian origin cloths.

As per details, the collector heard five cases forwarded by Field Intelligence Unit (FIU), Khushab against the accused persons namely Muhammad Iqbal, Sulemanullah, Muddassar Hussain, Muhammad Zareef, and Muhammad Saeed.

Meanwhile, Field Investigation Unit (FIU), Sara-i-Muhajir referred three cases against the accused persons namely Muhammad Akram, Salahuddin and Daidan Gul while Customs Collectorate Audit Cell branch filed a case against M/s Power Chemical Industries.

Collector Mirza Mubahir Baig also heard one case filed by Faisalabad ASO against Muhammad Anwar, besides hearing a case against M/s Asia Cargo Faisalabad filed by Customs Intelligence and Investigations.
