Collector Ahmad Raza advises staff to perform duties honestly

SIALKOT: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued a letter to all collectors of customs, advising them to change the environment of customs houses and attitude of their staff.

Sources informed Customs Today that the FBR has already started making reforms in the Pakistan Customs at the higher level in order to meet revenue shortfall.

Sources said that the FBR has decided to curb corruption and enhance transparency in the Board. In this regard FBR directed to all officials to perform their duties honestly.

Sources said that Collector Ahmad Raza has directed the officials to keep an eye on the staff members who are involved in corruption and not performing their duties honestly.
