Collector Asif Jah adjourns hearing of six appeals in Multan region

MULTAN: Customs Appeal Collector Asif Mehmood Jah has adjourned the hearing of six cases at Multan camp office.

According to the details, Collector Appeal Asif Jah visited the Multan office to hear the cases and expedite the process of settling them.

The collector heard the appeals, including impounded truck with miscellaneous goods, vehicle, auto parts and consignment of various seized goods involving a huge amount of duty/taxes.

In four cases, he heard the arguments of Customs Intelligence and Investigation and petitioners and adjourned them until next hearing.

The Customs Appeal collector adjourned the five cases until June 7 for further proceedings whereas one case has been adjourned for 15 days on the request of petitioner.
