KARACHI: Model Customs of Collectorate Appraisement-West Collector Dr Fareed Iqbal Qureshi has directed the staff to clear the pending files of the importers regarding clearance of imports, it is learnt.
The collector, after several requests by the importers, has asked the collectorate to furnish the details of pending files so that prompt action could be initiated at the earliest.
The official sources told Customs Today that there are around 51 files are pending at office of Masood Ul Hasan, Rafiullah (22 ), Iqbal Hussain (10 files), Razia Sultana Bhutto (10 files), Javed Akhtar (9 files), Zahid Pervez (9 files), Shyam Lal (6 files), Asad Masood (9 files), Syed Rafat Ali (10 files), Muhammad Khalid (10 files), Syed Zameer Akram (11 files), Nadeem Ahmed Khan (13 files), S Riffat Ali (14 files), Ameer Ahmed Samo (14 files), Khan Muhammad Keeriyo (18 files), Arshad Ahmed (18 files), Raja Wasim Ahmed (17 files), Khizra Saeed (17 files), Imran Aslam Gul (17 files), Abdul Aziz (17 files), Sheikh Zahid Aziz (18 files), Ghulam Mustafa (18 files), Ehtesham-ul-Haq (19 files), Saeed Ahmed (24 files), Mohammad Qasim Shaikh (24 files), Muhammad Javed Khan (27 files), Masood Ahmed (27 files), Kiran Noor (40 files), Aftab Iqbal (44 files) and Abdul Rashid Khan (45 files).
