Collector Irfan Javed distributes certificates among inspectors for foiling smuggling attempts

QUETTA: Collectorate of Customs Preventive Collector Irfan Javed distributed honorary certificates among inspectors for foiling smuggling attempt of betel nuts worth Rs37 million.

Addressing participants on the occasion, the Collector said that the Collectorate pays tribute and appreciation to customs Inspector Ahmad Nawaz Zahri deputed at Lakpass check post and Inspector Shahnawaz Akhtar posted at Darakashan  check post for their courageous efforts in materializing massive seizure of 800 bags 20,000 kilograms betel nuts concealed in a gas bowser on 11 August 2020.
