Collector Jamil Nasir inaugurates Customs Day Care Centre

LAHORE: Collector Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Mohammad Jamil Nasir Khan inaugurated the Customs Day Care Centre at National Logistics Cell Dry Port, Lahore.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion Collector Jamil Nasir said that welfare of staff is an important component of organizational development.

He said that it gives genuine strength to the organization by creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation and coordination and provides internal motivation to the workforce.

He said that Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Lahore takes another leap forward in this direction to establish Customs Day Care Center at NLC Dry Port, Lahore.

It is necessary to mention here that this day care centre, one of the few Day Care Centres in public sector office and first ever in any customs office, can house 30 to 40 kids providing them best facilities, care and homely environment. Ministry of Women Development Punjab provided support for its initial set-up and would extend cooperation in its maintenance, upkeep and future operations.
