Collector of Appeal hears 4 important appeals

LAHORE: Collector of Customs Appeals Dr. Asif Jah Mehmood Thursday heard important appeals filed by different applicant involved in various cases including confiscation of goods and articles, valuation disputes, betel leaves and other such cases.

The first case was regarding used serviceable compressor for air conditioners which was filed by appellant’s counsel Rana Muhammad Taya.

The case was detected by Customs Intelligence and Investigations Lahore while the appellant in the appeal was M/s Hassan Ali Lahore.

In the second appeal Sumair Saeed advocate appeared on behalf of M/s MA Aleem Khan & Sons Private Limited in used construction machinery on valuation dispute.

In third appeal, advocate Mian Ghulam Hussain appeared on betel leves case and the petitioner in the case was Basharat Ali and Muhammad Sohail, the bank employees.

Finally, advocate Muhammad Aqeel Ahmad appeared before the collector of Customs Appeals on POL and vehicle confiscation case.
