Collector of Appeal hears four important appeals

LAHORE: Collector of Customs Appeals Dr Asif Mehmood Jah has heard four appeals with regard to confiscation of goods and others.

The first case was filed by appellant’s counsel Rana Muhammad Tayyab about used serviceable compressors for air conditioners. The case was detected by Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore while the appellant in the case was M/s Hassan Ali.

In the second appeal, Sumair Saeed advocate appeared in a valuation dispute over used construction machinery. The appellant was M/s M.A. Aleem Khan and Sons (Private) Limited.

In the third appeal, advocate Mian Ghulam Hussain appeared in a betel leaves case and the appellants were identified as Basharat Ali and Muhammad Sohail. Both were the bank employees.

Finally, advocate Muhammad Aqeel Ahmad appeared before the collector of Customs Appeals in POL and vehicle confiscation case.
