Collector PMBQ Ashhad Jawwad distributes work among 3 ADCs

KARACHI: Collectorate of Customs Port Mohammad Bin Qasim (PMBQ) Collector Ashhad Jawwad has issued office order for distribution of work among following additional collectors with immediate effect and until further orders:-

  1. Syed Ali Zaman Gardezi, Additional Collector is assigned charge at headquarters, administration, CIU, PRV, assessment group IV to VII (WeBOC), assessment (One Customs), adjudication (ADC) level, registration & licensing including bonds/warehouses & off-dock terminals, MIS, import section, revenue statistics and analysis, budget & accounts and any other assignment entrusted by the Collector.
  2. Javed Sarwar Sheikh, Additional Collector-II is assigned charge at examination,(QICT, ODTs and One Customs), securities & guarantees, audit (internal and external), auction (QICT & Off dock terminals), inter & intra post movement (IPM), temporary import, permission under section 79 (I) and 138 of the Customs Act, 1969, examination approval of EL. GDs, customs laboratory, legacy issues of Afghan transit trade and any other assignments entrusted by the Collector.
  3. Mushtaq Ali Shahani, Additional Collector-III is assigned charge at assessment group I, II and III (WeBOC), bulk and bonds (examination & assessment), legal division (law, FTO, PM Portal, ADRC & appeals, all for a) training and taxpayers facilitation, FTA cell, refund, manifest clearance department (MCD), recovery and any other assignment entrusted by the Collector.
