ISLAMABAD: Customs Adjudication Collector Seema Raza Bukhari has not received answer from the Federal Board of Revenue regarding a letter about SRO-182 and 886.
Collector Seema had written two separate letters to the facilitation and taxpayer education about the SROs around a month ago. She had postponed the hearing of cases until a response from the FBR about SROs related to bank guarantees and baggage rules. Customs State Warehouse is lacking space as the cases are pending and are increasing day by day. The cases will be increased so much that an ample time would be needed to solve them if the situation persists.
