Collector Farid adjourned the hearing for indefinite time period after receiving the paras-wise comments.

The authorities concerned of the MCC-Multan in the previous hearing conducted on December 3 had advocated the case comprehensively and provided cohesive legal grounds into the case.

However; the representative of cellular company said that the MCC-Multan Collectorate was not authorised to contest or to make the case against it, as the import did not fall in the jurisdiction of the MCC-Multan.
