CALIFORNIA: The high speed fiber network will provide the businesses with the ability to get Internet speeds up to 10 Gbps, which is critical for the site’s data intensive businesses.
Comcast Business announced a major expansion of its advanced fiber network to the Salinas Municipal Airport Business District in Salinas, California, and recently held a ribbon cutting celebration at K Lift Service Company to unveil the network.
The expansion comes as a result of a more than $385,000 investment from Comcast and makes the business district, home to more than 155 businesses, the first to receive fiber based Internet in the area.
