Commissioner IR Qasim Khan forms committee for IJP

ISLAMABAD: Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office Qasim Khan has directed the officials concerned to form a committee regarding Internal Job Posting (IJP). He also issued a notification in this regard.

According to the notification, a three member committee has been formed consisting of Deputy Commissioner Inland Revenue Naveed Hasan, Assistant Commissioner Inland Revenue Ahmad Babar and Assistant Commissioner Farrukh Amir. This committee will conduct interviews of the employees from grade-1 to grade-17 and will take a decision about their performance allowance after reviewing their performance.

Sources said that the authorities concerned directed the committee to strictly follow merit policy and only recommend those employees who showed outstanding performance. The officials, who failed to show better performance, will not be given this allowance.

It is pertinent to mention here that the names of those officials, who are already nominated for performance allowance, have to appear before the committee.
