Commissioner IR Sardar Khawaja restores sales tax registration of Amkaze Pharmaceuticals

ISLAMABAD: Commissioner Inland Revenue Sardar Ali Khawaja has restored sales tax registration of M/s Amkaze Pharmaceuticals which is located in Sector F-4 after completion of inquiry.

According to sources, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) IR received complaints that the company was not submitting its monthly statements over sales tax registration. Sources said that Amkaze Pharmaceuticals also became defaulter as the company  failed to deposit the sales tax amount in national kitty.

After receiving such complaints deputy commissioner Inland Revenue deputed auditors who conducted thorough scrutiny of all the record of M/s Amkaze Pharmaceuticals and submitted its report with remarks that they did not find any irregularities in the tax statements submitted by the company.

After examing the whole case Commissioner Inland Revenue Sardar Ali Khawaja restored the sales tax registration of M/s Amkaze Pharmaceuticals under Sales Tax Act. 1990.
