For being saved from the fine, the appellant paid Rs5.8million to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). After this, the Inland Revenue Appellate Tribunal has decided the case of fine in favor of appellant but now the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is reluctant to pay the amount of Rs5.8million to the complainant.

The Lahore High Court (LHC) already issued an order to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to decide the case of petitioner but FBR is not implementing the order and delaying the case of the complainant.

He appealed the Lahore High Court (LHC) to take action against the Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

After hearing the arguments from the appellant side, the Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notice to the Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and sought reply from him.
