Coolpad is all set to introduce its next phone – Dazen Note 3 in India for under Rs 10,000

NEW DELHI: Coolpad is a relatively new entrant in the Indian market. Having launched the entry level Dazen 1 and the Dazen X7 previously, the Chinese phone maker is all set to launch its next phone – the Dazen Note 3 in India for under Rs 10,000.

The Dazen Note 3 was recently announced in China and the phone comes with a fingerprint scanner at its back with a 360-degree finger rotation capability.

The new phone comes with a 5.5-inch HD display, running on Android 5.1 out of the box and houses the Mediatek MT6753 SoC which has an octa-core processor. This is paired with 2GB of RAM and the Dazen Note 3 comes with 16GB of on-board storage. According to Varun Sharma from Coolpad Dazen, the company may just launch the Indian version of the Dazen Note 3 with 3GB of RAM.

On the camera front, you get a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash unit and a 5MP front-facing camera. The Dazen Note 3 is a dual SIM 4G LTE supporting handset and will be powered by a 3,000 mAh battery.
