LAHORE: The Accountability Court has again handed over the main accused in DHA City fraud case, Hammad Arshad, to NAB on a three-day physical remand.
The National Accountability Bureau produced the suspect before Judge Zafarullah Tarar on Monday.
NAB investigation officer Manzoor and Deputy Prosecutor General Khaliquz Zaman requested for 10 days physical remand while the accused lawyers opposed the physical remand, calling all cases baseless and fake against their client.
After hearing the arguments of both sides the court remanded accused Hammad Arshad who is involved in Rs 16 billion fraud case on three days physical remand to NAB authorities. According to NAB there are 11,715 complaints received against the accused.
