ISLAMABAD: Judge Customs Court asks customs authorities to submit detailed charge-sheet against super model Ayyan Ali, so that regular court proceedings should start against her.

It is pertinent to mention here that customs authorities already submitted a detailed challan against Ayyan Ali. This case is going to be heard on July 6, 2015 in Special Customs Court Rawalpindi.

Through this challan Ayyan Ali is going to face currency smuggling case according to section 2(s) instead of money laundering. According to the challan, Ayyan Ali is involved in currency smuggling and there are enough proof against her in this regard. Customs authorities will present  solid proof and evidence against Ayyan Ali. They are confident that Ayyan Ali will get suitable punishment against her crime.

On the other hands, defence counsel of Ayyan Ali have failed to defend her. Her lawyer Khurram Latif Khosa always argued before court and gave reference of renowned Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and actors Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt who were involved in money laundering cases. But he failed to find a suitable proof of the people on the Pakistani soul. This is the main reason behind that they are still failed to convince the court  in this regard.
