Court grants bail to 3 TCS officials in multi-million smuggling case

ISLAMABAD: Special Customs Court Judge Chaudhary Mumtaz has granted bail to three TCS officials and ordered their release, as they were on judicial remand in a smuggling case.

As per details, three employees of TCS Kamran, Zohaib and Zeshan were produced in front of special Customs Court Judge Chaudhry Mumtaz, who ordered their release after an application of bail from their lawyers.

Sources told Customs Today that customs officials have not objected their release because they have completed investigations.

On the other hand, the protective bail of former TCS regional manager Ghazanfar Gul will be expired on October 13, on which he has to present himself before the court if he wanted any extension in his bail.

the customs officials and law experts were hoping that court will not order any extension for the accused.
