COVID-19: Multan Customs issues new precautionary guidelines for visitors

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement and Compliance has issued new precautionary guidelines for visitors to contain corona virus (COVID-19).

Deputy Collector Headquarter Amjad Aman has taken decision to implement special precautionary measures to contain corona virus in line with Federal Board of Revenue. Multan Customs has restricted entrance of visitors in the Customs House to contain outspread of corona virus (Covid-19) and directed visitors to contact relevant persons telephonically.

Customs Collectorate Multan has directed all visitors to sanitize their hands with disinfection spray before entering into the Customs House. Hand sanitizers are also placed at the specific points of the entrance of Customs House and security staff has been directed to disinfect their hands before entering main building.

Visitors are also directed to wear face mask for the protection of employees and officials to contain corona virus (COVID-19). Visitors can ask general branch of Customs House for face mask if they needed face mask during their visit for any urgent work.

Deputy Collector Headquarter has also directed employees to keep all doors and windows of offices remain open for ventilation to avoid any sort of physical contact of visitors with doors handlers/knobs.

A visitors and customs employee has been asked to maintain almost 6 feet distance during their visit to avoid corona virus. Avoid any sort of handshakes and informal hugs to prevent corona virus.

The Collectorate took special precautionary measures for visitors and employees to contain corona Virus in their respective formation accordingly.
