ISLAMABAD: Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Jafarullah Khan said the projects under China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) would bring an economic change in entire region including Gilgit-Baltistan.
He said power projects approved in the session of Joint Coordination Committee of CPEC will help in overcoming the energy shortage from the country and Gilgit Baltistan, Radio Pakistan reported. Zafarullah Khan said first ever economic zone in Gilgit would open diverse ways for rapid development and generate employment opportunities for the youth.
