Customs Court to take up 20 cases today

KARACHI: Customs Taxation and Anti-smuggling Court Judge Syed Faiz Rasool Rashdi on Monday will take up more than 20 customs and income tax related cases.

According to the case list, regular hearing, prosecution evidences and confirmation of bail applications were included in these cases. The custom court office has already issued notices to the parties and investigation officers for attending the court on Monday.

On the other side, a division bench of the Sindh High Court (SHC) will also take up more than 40 custom and income tax related cases on Monday.

According to the roaster, a bench comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Muhammad Humayon Khan will take up these custom and income tax’s cases.

According to the Sindh High Court’s (SHC) office, intimation notices also were issued to the both sides’ parties for attending the court and SHC also has directed the parties to file rejoinders before the courts.
