ISLAMABAD: Deputy Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Islamabad Kaukab Farooq has issued a show cause notice to Asif Ali in seizure case no 06/2015.
As per detail details, Customs Adjudication Kaukab Farooq issued a show cause notice vide C.No. Cus/coll/adj/1747 to Asif Ali in seizure case no 06/2015 for smuggled contents.
The Customs directed Asif Ali son of Mazoor Husian resident of Farooqabad Shiekhupura to attend the hearing along with documentary evidence on September 15, and if the accused fails to provide the evidence the case will be decided on the basis of available evidence.
The seizure officer has been directed to attend the hearing on the schedule date along with relevant record.
