Customs Adjudication directs alleged smuggler to appear before adjudication

ISLAMABAD: Collector Collectorate of Customs Adjudication, Islamabad Muhammad Ali Raza has issued a show-cause notice to a suspect Sikander Khan in seizure case No 115/2015 and directed him to appear before the court on the next hearing.

According to the details, Collector Muhammad Ali has issued a show-cause notice vide C.No. Cus/coll/adj/40/2015 to suspect allegedly involved in smuggling of electronics items.

The adjudication authority directed the accused who is resident of Peshawar to attend the hearing on September 8, 2015 along with documentary evidence.

The collector also directed the Model Customs Collectorate Peshawar to present the seizing officer along with evidence regarding the case.
