ISLAMABAD: Collector, Model Customs Collectorate Adjudication (MCC) Islamabad Muhammad Ali Raza has heard eight Anti-Smuggling cases, including food, clothes, tea, auto parts and offending vehicles.
After hearing the arguments of the counsels of both sides, the Collector Adjudication Muhammad Ali Raza has adjourned the cases till the next hearing and ordered to the counsels of the said cases to submit the documentary evidences during next hearing.
Meanwhile Deputy Collector Adjudication Islamabad Kaukab Farooq has heard twelve cases in which one case has decided while eleven cases were adjourned till next date.
