Customs Adjudication issues show-cause notice to Hamida Sports for tax evasion of Rs 4.6m

ISLAMABAD: The Collector Model Customs Collectorate Adjudication Islamabad has issued a show-cause notice to M/s. Hamida Sports for tax evasion of  Rs 4.6 million.

According to details, PCA  unearthed Rs 4.6 million tax evasion in Hamida Sports Lahore during the audit process and forward the case to Model Customs Collectorate Adjudication Islamabad to adjudicate the case accordingly.

During the processing of case Collector Model Customs Collectorate Seema Raza Bukhari has issued a show cause notice to the owner of Hamida Sports and ordered their owner to appear before the Court and provide the evidence in their defence.

It is important to mention here, that after transfer of Collector Seema Raza the new Collector will hear the case and fix the new date of hearing.
