Customs Adjudication issues show-cause notice in seizure case

ISLAMABAD: Collector, Collectorate of Customs Adjudication, Islamabad Muhammad Ali Raza has issued show-cause notice in seizure case no 52/2015.

According to details, Collector Customs Adjudication, Islamabad Muhammad Ali Raza has issued show cause notice vide C.No. Cus/coll/adj/52/2015/44 to unknown in seizure case no 52/2015 in smuggled goods of electronics, and mobile accessories.

Adjudication authority directed in above said case that as no one can claimed the ownership of the seized goods so it is notify that the owner of the goods to attend the hearing on date 16.11. 2015 along-with legal documentary evidence.

The authority also directed if no one claimed that goods or fails to provide evidence the case will be decided on the basis of evidence available on demand.

Collectorate also directed the Deputy Director head quarter Intelligence and Investigation (I and I) Islamabad that the concerned seizure officer or other officer with the case proceedings may be deputed to attend the hearing on the schedule date along with relevant record.
