LAHORE: Collectortate of Customs Adjudication has issued show cause notice to the owner of non-duty paid BMW car model 2011.
According to the details, Customs Intelligence and Investigation FBR on pursuance of information intercepted a BMW car at the Naqsha Stop, at Wahdat Road, New Muslim Town and confiscated the same. The owner of the vehicle failed to produce legal import clearance documents. The raiding team being fully satisfied detained the car and afterward seized.
The owner of the car introduced himself as Muhammad Humayun Riyasat Ali. The car was in white color having seat capacity of for four passengers.
The collector of customs Adjudication has issued a show cause notice to the owner of the car to appear before the collector of adjudication on May 5 at the Customs House Nabha Road and explain as to why his car may not be seized
