Customs Adjudication summons owner of non duty paid BMW

LAHORE: Collectortate of Customs Adjudication has issued show cause notice to the owner of non-duty paid BMW car model 2011.

According to the details, Customs Intelligence and Investigation FBR on pursuance of information intercepted a BMW car at the Naqsha Stop, at Wahdat Road, New Muslim Town and confiscated the same. The owner of the vehicle failed to produce legal import clearance documents. The raiding team being fully satisfied detained the car and afterward seized.
