Customs’ Anti-Smuggling wing to auction confiscated smuggled goods on 8th

KARACHI: The Customs Department is going to auction confiscated smuggled-Iranian tiles and other goods on September 08.

The Customs’ Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation (Anti-Smuggling) will hold auction of confiscated goods at CPF Bond Warehouse Rasheedabad, Karachi.

The goods that would be auctioned, include 350 cartons (438 square meter) and 1,060 cartons (1445 square meter) Iranian ceramic tiles, 8,910kg cloth rolls black colour, 28 bundles (3,250 kg) of art silk cloth, 800 bars Texas cigarettes, 150 carton of PINE cigarettes (red) and 50 carton of PINE cigarettes (blue), 1,621 cigarettes carton of different brands, 3,296 cigarettes carton of different brands F/O, 795 cigarette carton of assorted brand F/O, 4,810kg auto scraps, 45 tyres and tubes of different size (made in India and China), 708 bottles of perfumes different brands e 100ml 80% Vol 3.3FL.oz, 68 perfume bottles of different brands e 100ml, 20 pieces of Zinol (diesel engine oil) (4 litres), 60 pieces of Thubab GL-5 EP gear oil EP SAE140 (3 litres), 350 Samsung (mobile batteries) assorted sizes made in China, 1,070 memory card (16GB),  500 Faster (Micro SDHC Card) made in Taiwan, 31 cartons of beauty care, 1 old & used Honda Accord car model 2005 and other goods including leftover/rejected lots and fresh lots.
